Product
- Yes. Most pieces may need a simple assembly, and easy-to-follow instructions in PDF or video are available. When encountering any problems during assembly, you’re welcome to reach out to our customer support team.
- We aim to showcase the color and texture of each product as accurately as possible. A part of the pictures on our website were taken by professional photographers under lighting conditions that reflect the real environment, while the other pictures are created by professional graphic artists in an attempt to reproduce the real situation as much as possible. These photos may appear differently on different screens. If you are unsure about a color, please contact us.
Orders
- Please email us right away to make modifications to an order. We can make changes to your order before it ships. If you want to make cancellations, it is allowed to do so within 24 hours of placing an order. We provide full refunds for orders that are canceled before they leave our warehouse. Otherwise, a return shipping fee (plus applicable taxes) will be deducted from your refund total.
Shipping & Delivery
- We currently ship to all of the continental US provinces (Alaska, Hawaii, and the United States Protectorate are excepted). If you would like to ship your order to remote areas, please reach out to our customer support team to help with your order. Note, an incremental shipping fee may be required.
- You can make a rescheduled appointment with the courier. At that point, if you’ve changed your mind and would prefer to return your order instead, you are free to arrange a return and a return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
- We strive for all products to arrive in perfect condition. In the unfortunate event of an issue, please email us with some images, a description of the problem, and your order number. Our customer service team will respond promptly to rectify the issue. For example, if parts of the piece are lost or broken, you can contact us for parts replacement.
Payments & Safety
- Yes, it is safe to submit your credit card information on our website. All information entered into the site is encrypted and we do our best to secure our systems.
- No, we will not. We will only contact you if you wish to receive information from us and will never give your information to other companies. If you do not wish to receive emails from us, please unsubscribe from our mailing list or contact us to let us know.
