SHIPPING POLICY

For all the products on our website, free delivery is available within the standard service area. All of the purchased items will be delivered to your front door by a courier. Most pieces may need a simple assembly, and easy-to-follow instructions in PDF or video are available. When encountering any problems during assembly, you’re welcome to reach out to our customer support team.

 

Shipping Information

1. The time frame of an order delivery is divided into two parts:

  • Processing time: 1-3 Business Days
  • Shipping time: 1-7 Business Days

2. Shipping methods: land carriage by FEDEX

3. Shipping fee: please refer to the above-mentioned ‘Shipping Policy’ and ‘Shipping Area’.


Shipping Area

We currently ship to all of the continental US provinces (Alaska, Hawaii, and the United States Protectorate are excepted). If you would like to ship your order to remote areas, please reach out to our customer support team to help with your order. Note, that an incremental shipping fee may be required.

 

Delay

If there is a delay with the shipment, please contact both the carrier and our customer service to investigate. If it is confirmed there is an exception (i.e package lost) or delay will still last for a considerable time, we are responsible for re-shipment or refund according to your preference.

 

Tracking

Once an order has shipped out, we will send you a Shipping Confirmation email that includes the tracking number and the carrier. Just go to the carrier's website and use the tracking number to track your package. 

 

Customs, Tax, and Tax Exemption

The sales tax is not included in our product price. Depending on your state, we're required to charge sales tax on applicable items if the state you're in mandates it. It will be automatically calculated based on your location.

If you change your shipping address after placing your order, any difference in the tax rate will be charged or refunded accordingly. All applicable taxes will be displayed at checkout.

For customers with tax-exempt status, please place your order on our website as usual. After receiving your order confirmation email, reply with a photocopy or photo of your relevant certificates, forms, and/or ID cards. Our payments team will review your documents and, if approved, will process a refund for the taxes paid retroactively.

 

In the Event of An Issue

We strive for all products to arrive to you in perfect condition. In the unfortunate event of an issue, please email support@astuvia.com right away with some images, a description of the problem, and your order number. Our customer service team will respond promptly to rectify the issue. For example, if parts of the piece are lost or broken, you can contact us for parts replacement.
